- Pottu kadali - 1/2 kg
- Red chillies-50 gms
- Garlic - 10 gms (donot remove the skin)
- Salt
Preparation:
- Roast all the above except salt in a pan without oil.
- Wait until it is golden brown.
- Remove from heat and cool it.
- Grind it with salt.
- Sieve it if you would like a fine powder.
- Serve with rice by adding ghee to the powder.
