Andhra Paruppu podi

Ingredients:

  • Pottu kadali - 1/2 kg
  • Red chillies-50 gms
  • Garlic - 10 gms (donot remove the skin)
  • Salt

Preparation:

  • Roast all the above except salt in a pan without oil.
  • Wait until it is golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and cool it.
  • Grind it with salt.
  • Sieve it if you would like a fine powder.
  • Serve with rice by adding ghee to the powder.
